Ashton Woods Models in Latham Park - Winter Garden

Today I was able to visit the Ashton Woods model homes in Winter Garden and these models go above and beyond the models of other home builders.

Of course many of the features are upgrades but the attention to detail and selection of materials
will stand out to the discerning home buyers.

Features in the model which met with my personal style included

-High end bathrooms, all tile with designer free standing tubs.

Ultra high end bathroom upgrades

-Floor to ceiling milk glass dividing walls separating the closets
-Kitchen islands with waterfall mitered counter tops

-Gas as opposed to electric hob and range in the kitchen
-9 foot doors and 10 feet ceilings
-Chrome lever door handles
-Flat walls, no sprayed on finished surfaces to disguise imperfections.
-Closet doors, no bifold doors
-European style Halogen lighting rather than pot lights

The homes have been professionally designed and furnished. The most discerning buyers will
feel at home in these homes and will not feel that the designer simply returned from a tour of a
big box store. Congratulations Ashton Woods you have built something which stands out from
other builders in the area.

Waterleigh - D R Horton and Emerald combining products in one community

The new community in the Winter Garden area offers a wide range of homes starting in the mid 200's and with an interesting twist the water front properties are being built by Emerald Homes and the other properties by DR Horton. Emerald homes is the luxury builder acquired by DR Horton and offering, an ultra luxury product. This is the first time that Emerald and DR Horton products are being offered in the same community and will surely help the DR Horton community benefit from the presence of the luxury water front homes.
